What is Meet & Match?
Are you are a female studying computer science, IT, electrical engineering, math or physics? Then this mini fair is just the format for you. Here you will meet companies that are specifically looking for talents like you in a small setting. You will have personal discussions, learn about your options and network with other female students. The focus is on exchange, orientation and career planning - in an atmosphere that empowers you. Participation is free of charge and possible without registration.

Meet & Match – Female Career: Our review

On 9 December 2025, the time had come. The first Meet & Match – Female Career event at KIT brought female students and companies together in an atmosphere of exchange and empowerment.

Here are the most important facts in brief:
  • 16 companies were present, all focusing on female careers and offering exciting entry-level opportunities.
  • Between 70 and 120 female students seized the opportunity to have personal conversations and gain honest insights.
  • The conversations were intense and appreciative, often delving deep – exactly what is needed to provide orientation and security for the next career steps.

The feedback? Consistently positive!
Female students appreciated the explicitly female format, and companies were delighted to have direct contact with talented individuals.

And now?
This is just the beginning. We will continue to develop more formats to empower women at KIT. Stay tuned! The next opportunity is coming soon.
